Q

What is a payday loan?

A

A payday loan is a short-term loan which is repayable on your next payday - maximum 40 days.

Q

How do I repay my payday loan?

A

We use your debit card or direct debit from your current account to take repayment of your payday loan on your next payday.

Q

Do you make any credit or score checks?

A

No we don’t, we are not interested in your past credit record, only in your current ability to repay your payday loan and cover your other financial commitments on your next payday.

Q

Can I rollover my payday loan until my next payday?

A

Yes, you can rollover your payday loan as many times as you like however, a payday loan is a short-term loan designed to help you get by until your next payday. If you require credit for a longer period, then a payday loan may not be your best option and we would advise you to seek a more appropriate type of loan..

Q

Do I need a cheque guarantee card?

A

No you don’t, but you do need to hold a valid debit card for the bank account into which your wage gets paid.

Q

How soon can I have my money?

A

If your loan is approved and we receive your signed agreement before 2.30pm and you can get to one of our stores, you can have your money the same day. Alternatively you can have your money sent by BACS to your account free of charge which takes three working days, or finally you can pay an express fee of £15 which is deducted from your loan amount and you will receive your money the same day.
